Ntv7 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing your use of the ntv7 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the ntv7 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using this platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ntv7 ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
You also confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are located in a jurisdiction where online betting activities are permitted. ntv7 accepts no liability if a user accesses the platform from a jurisdiction where such services are prohibited or restricted under local law.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at any one time. Registering more than one account may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts with no refund of any balance.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate account termination. ntv7 reserves the right to request identity document verification at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Any activity carried out through your account is considered to have been performed by you. 3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the ntv7 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automation software, bots or any other method to access or manipulate the platform without authorisation.
- Engaging in fraud, collusion or any action intended to deceive other users or the platform.
- Infringing the intellectual property rights of ntv7 or any relevant third party.
- Uploading or distributing content that is unlawful, harmful or in violation of another person's privacy rights.
- Attempting to hack, breach or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure.
- Using an ntv7 account for money laundering or any other suspicious financial activity.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, balance freezing and appropriate legal action where circumstances warrant.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the ntv7 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made from legitimate fund sources in their own name. ntv7 does not accept payments from third parties on behalf of users.
Deposits are typically credited shortly after the transaction is confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used, including FPX, Boost eWallet and Touch 'n Go eWallet. Users experiencing issues with deposits or withdrawals may contact support via email at [email protected].
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. ntv7 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests suspected of involving fraudulent activity may be placed on hold or cancelled while an investigation is carried out.
Bonuses and promotional credits received are subject to their own wagering requirements. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly as cash until the specified wagering conditions have been met in full. Full details are available in the relevant promotions section on the platform.
5. Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits

Ntv7 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that the user has breached any of the terms in this document. Account closure resulting from fraud or serious violations may result in the balance being frozen with no refund issued.
Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be settled in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures once all necessary investigations have been completed.
Liability Limits
Ntv7 shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profit or damages arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. The platform is provided "as is" and ntv7 makes no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy or uninterrupted continuity of its services.
Ntv7's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the liability claim.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the ntv7 platform — including logos, designs, text, icons, graphics and software — is the exclusive property of ntv7 or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, create derivative works from or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ntv7.
Third-Party Links
The ntv7 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. ntv7 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party website or service. Access to such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Amendments to Terms
Ntv7 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment comes into effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the ntv7 platform will be resolved through the appropriate legal channels in Malaysia.
